CLEVELAND, OH (April 8, 2015) – Locally-based, nationally-utilized firm shark&minnow has experienced a growth period in the first quarter of 2015. An increased customer base has prompted the consultancy’s need to expand its team to service the growing roster of brands serviced, currently totaling 18. The firm’s clients include B2B & B2C clients in the following areas: Civic Engagement/not-for-profit, Education, Entrepreneurial Support/Incubation, Finance, Health/Medical, Logistics/Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Retail. Currently clients span Cleveland, Detroit, Lansing, Boston & New York.

In March, shark&minnow onboarded Associate Producer, Jessica Melton. Melton is an event marketing & project management professional whose experience also includes managing integrated marketing campaigns, fundraising & spearheading community outreach programs. She most recently served as the Events & PR Coordinator for JumpStart, Inc. Previously Melton held critical roles at both The Foundation Center & BVU: The Center for Nonprofit Excellence. Melton is an integral part of Northeast Ohio’s technology/innovation community as well, serving in managerial roles for both TEDxCLE & TechPint events throughout Greater Cleveland. Melton graduated with honors from The Ohio State University & holds a MA in Library & Information Science from Kent State University.
