This, paired with her successful efforts in the social influence category, demonstrates her expertise in building high-impact brands. Prior to this experience, Neish also worked in media, having begun her career with Great Lakes Publishing. Neish graduated from Kent State University where she earned her BA in Communication Studies.

shark&minnow CEO Hallie Bram Kogelschatz states: “Over the past 6 months we have committed in a deeper way to supporting our client’s outreach efforts. This is a natural progression of the content marketing work and syndication plans that we have provided from day one. In an effort to support our clients’ larger social media and public relations campaigns, it became clear that we needed to expand our team in this subject area. Brittany [Neish]’s experience attracted us to her but her passion for our city and commitment to giving back in a meaningful way made her the right fit for this position and our firm. Being a part of our city’s continued revitalization is something that is paramount to each member of the shark&minnow team.”

When asked why this opportunity appealed to her, Neish was quoted as saying, “shark&minnow is made up of some of the most innovative, talented and genuine individuals that I know. They are dedicated to creating amazing results for their clients and have a reputation for being the best at what they do. Being in an environment where ideas are welcomed and success is shared is something that has always been very important to me. I want to learn, I want to grow and I want to make a positive impact. With shark&minnow I know that I’ll be able to do all of these things. When your values align with a company’s values you know it’s a good fit.”

The firm is planning additional expansion in the coming months – both as it pertains to staff and space.
