Just A Reflektor is an interactive  film that explores the themes in the song “Reflektor” by Arcade Fire through two devices simultaneously: the computer and smartphone/tablet. Filmed in Haiti, the story follows a young woman who travels between her world and our own.

To experience the film, visit justareflektor.com in Google Chrome on your computer, and g.co/af on your Android or iOS device. Your computer will connect with your mobile device and reflect your actions onto the world of the film using camera vision and other technologies.

The Team

Vincent Morisset, the director, and founder of AATOAA, has been working with Arcade Fire since the album Funeral was released. To create the digital experience for Just A Reflektor, Morisset worked with Aaron Koblin, the creative director. Koblin has been developing immersive digital experiences for several years now, one of our favorite examples of his work is The Johnny Cash Project and The Wilderness Downtown, another interactive film for Arcade Fire.
